The Future Dom GbR has acquired the notarially secured usage and exploitation rights to the idea and architectural concept of a multifunctional conical building from an insolvency procedure.
The former owner has invested his entire fortune in the feasibility study, planning and presentation. There is an interest in realizing the implementation of this innovative project. The sale of the rights is the primary focus. The rights holders are willing to bring back all companies involved in the development of this major project 'on board.' Depending on the size of the Future Domes (100m or 300m high), the scale of the investments is approximately 2-3 billion euros.

planning overviews, calculations, as well as other documents and
presentation material are available and will be handed over when purchasing rights.
This
includes in particular a breakdown of construction costs, drawings and pictures,
facades alternatives, glossy folders, a video animation, the list of
previously involved companies, etc.
